Position Overview:
We are seeking a Smart Meter Booking Advisor to engage with customers directly in their homes, assisting them in scheduling appointments for smart meter installations. Representing one of the Largest utility companies in the UK, this role is essential for providing personalised service and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door visits to inform customers about their FREE smart meter installations.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for installations with customers.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the benefits of smart meters.
- Address customer questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role with a focus on customer interaction.
- A driving license is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
